SPOILT SISTER     Every time Herman goes abroad he comes back with half a dozen or so of the prettiest dresses he can find. They are for his little sister, Suzanne - who will be two years old some time this coming Spring.     "I try to vary the colours a lot," Herman tells me. "I also try to make the dresses typical of the country from which they come."     Herman's mum appreciates what he does for his sister. One way in which she shows this is by ironing his shirts. The record so far is 43 shirts in two days!
