WHO said all the romance has gone out of pop? The WAYNE FONTANA/HERMAN/TWINKLE tour seems to be a veritable Noah's Ark, with everyone going like the animals - two by two. There's Wayne (without his Mindbenders this time!) and RAIE (DOLLY) BANCROFT, HERMAN AND TWINKLE all in the hand-holding parade.
Herman and Twink are inseparable and they don't care who knows it, judging by all the hand-holding that goes on while press are around. Good for them, say we. It's about time romance between stars was brought out into the topen without worrying about fan-figures dropping off.

HERMAN's HERMITS, whose "Can't You Hear My Heartbeat" is number two in the American charts, are to visit America at the end of April. They will tour on the DICK CLARK Caravan of Stars.
Herman will do TV promotion on the disc. The group were in the EMI Studios this week cutting their next single and tracks for their first LP in this country.
Herman will undertake a ballroom tour before leaving for the States.
