 HERMAN'S HERMITS have received a fresh offer to tour America for three weeks in June or July. Meanwhile, Herman is taking a holiday in Paris for about two or three weeks. On returning, he leaves for a tour of Australia, New Zealand and Japan, opening in Australia on January 21. Herman's Hermits are back in Britain at the end of February, when a new record will be released. Offers have also come in for Herman to appear in Finland and Italy. The trip to Finland - where their records are having a big success - will take place around March and last for five days. Major TV appearances take place in Rome the same month. On Boxing Day - his last date before his holiday break - Herman played to a record crowd of 4,000 at Belle Vue, Manchester. |
